In my work as a trainer & consultant, I help troubleshoot challenges and provide real-world solutions for schools looking for inclusion techniques to promote student success and reduce teacher burnout!
With over two decades of working directly with students with a variety of needs, my goal now is to equip more schools and educators with the tools and knowledge to facilitate inclusive classrooms where all students can thrive.

Do you work with students?
While I love working with students, in this role, I do not - I leave that up to your staff! I work with teachers to empower them to feel confident in their instructional practices. I do observations of teachers with students and provide feedback but do not work directly with students.
- Do you work in my state?
Yes, I can help in all 50 states. The majority of special education struggles are rooted in Federal Law that governs all states. If I need to reference anything specific for your state or district, I will do so. I have resources in all states to support any state specific questions.
Do you give legal advice?
I’m not a lawyer and I don’t give legal advice. However, I can absolutely use the foundation of the law to support your staff and their special education questions .
